Archer Illustrations
Hilary Archer is an artist, author and illustrator for children’s books, greetings, and other publications, as well as a perpetual character artist. Her traditional rendering style, and whimsical sense of humor are the basis for all of Hilary’s creations, which are suitable for many different genres.

Since receiving her MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Hilary has freelanced for Weekly Reader, The South Magazine, and the Caspari Company and has exhibited her works in Savannah, Georgia as well as Lacoste, France. Her popular animal portraits have taken on a life of their own in the form of greetings, prints, magnets, stickers and other fun products for humans and animals of all ages and are now available for purchase online, as well as through several retail locations.

Hilary has also just published her book The Secret Chicken Kitchen Files on the iBookstore as a collection of hysterical vignettes about chickens and the wholesome (veggie!) dishes they create with their own personal flair. She has also adapted a classic french fairy tale, Blanquette and the Mountain, based on the charming story of a goat and her master by french author Alphonse Daudet. This contemporary version of the beloved tale features Hilary's original text and illustrations of pastoral France.
